I backed up my entire library in iphoto on external drive I bought new mac running Photo and when I tried to restore my library to it it gives message that Iphoto is no longer supported is there anyway I can get round this and restore my library to new mac
Drag or restore the library to the internal drive, launch Photos with the Option key held down, click on Other Library, and choose that one.

Sorry Im Not very good with macs where do i find "Drive" to drag into?
Choose Home from the Finder's Go menu and double-click Pictures.
