I downloaded Tuneboto on my macbook, OS M1 to convert amazon music (songs) to my USB, but I keep getting an error 8004. Any advise how to fit this problem.

I downloaded Tuneboto on my Macbook OS MI - BIG Sur and get the error 8004 when attempting to convert music from my Amazon Music to a USB. Any suggestions regarding how to correct this problem.

Amazon Music provides unprotected mp3 files. Why would you need to convert them? Talk to the developer of Tuneboto to troubleshoot any errors you have with it.
