my location settings AT ALL. I really don’t know what to do </3
I can’t adjust my location settings anymore. My phone isn’t allowing me. Please help.

It sounds like you're having trouble with adjusting your location, and we can help.
It might be that your iPhone has restrictions enabled that prevent you from changing this.
Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. Is this enabled?
You can turn this off or allow Location specifically.
