After my last software update I am no longer able to use Microsoft Word. It says that it may be damaged or incomplete. How can I restore this app?

Microsoft allows for re-installations. Your may have to work with them if you run into licensing issues but I've always found them very helpful and willing help.

What version are you running and what OS? Probably needs to be Office 2016 or later.
