I have iPhone 12 Pro with IOS 15.0.2 and unfortunately the handoff is disable and can't turn it on
tried to log out and in again with the same ID as my other devices and turn BT & Wi-Fi off restart and on again but still handoff is grayed.
any idea how to solve it ?

We would like to see how we can help you with your iPhone. Did this issue just recently start? Can you go through both devices and make usre all the settings are correct with the steps in this link: Use handoff to continue tasks on your other devices

Just found out from my IT department, that MobileIron (our MDM solution) disables hand-off. I will close this thread.

the issue recently start.
the handoff key is grayed off and can not be changed
checked again and all settings are correct
