Do not worry about all that. Your iPhone is designed to manage the battery charging rate and amount of charge automatically. Charge whenever you want to and however long you want to. Enjoy your iPhone.
One thing to remember and that is that, no matter what you do, the battery health of your iPhone will degrade as time elapses. The battery is a consumable product and battery health will decrease. Your battery should be replaced when the battery health reaches 80% or lower, according to Apple. It should therefore last for about 2 years+.
