Cancelled subscription continues to bill monthly, however no subscription is on my account! Help!

Hi I signed up to free Arcade & then cancelled in August 2021. However, each month I continue to be billed the $7.99, with no subscription showing on my account, so I can't Report A Problem. It shows as an Expired Subscription but I am still being billed monthly. How can I report this?
