I never changed my iPhone camera. I don’t know why it’s saying that

How can my phone go back to its original camera setting?

My iPhone 12 Pro max’s camera just crapped out. Slowly started having issues with certain lens turning on then different modes. Restarting the phone would sometimes fix this but it became more frequent an now today got a message saying the cameras aren’t supported or not genuine? This is a $1500 phone!! I’m not even finished paying it off yet. What kind of crap is this??? Not the kinda of quality we expect from Apple.
