Apple ID not active

Plz help me restore my pervious Apple ID:

I knew my password and have access to all devices but every time when I try to put my password i see the message that my “Apple ID is not active”

I was read about this problem, it’s look like my account was restricted by Apple support because of big mistakes

can’t find any legal form how can I fix it, only thousands scammers who ask pay them

I was login to my Apple ID (in first day , in a few moments after registration) using different devices and restore my password , then you restricted my account

plz unlock it!!! I can’t sign in or sign out in 2 devices, my friends told me don’t touch anything when I want to delete all files.

plz I just want to use my phone regular way, I don’t wanna use jalebrake or other illegal things

i trying to do smth with 2 my phones for a few day and I am so frustrated

also I wasn’t find where I can send support request to Apple customer service, If you wasn’t help me both my phone became pieces of trash
