I haven't used the podcast app before, but I expect it to work like audiobooks-- that is, I expect that when I quickly double press the stem the podcast will advance 30 seconds and triple press will rewind 15 seconds as shown in the app. But instead it jumps to the next episode of the podcast, quite a jolt! To listen to a podcast while exercising, I need to be able to rewind a bit. How do you rewind and fast forward a podcast with AirPods?
Well, I'll answer my own question: Don't use Apple Podcasts! I have downloaded some podcasts to the Audible app, and it lets the AirPods controls rewind and fast forward as they should.
