Iphone 14 hearing aid pairing

Tried repeatedly to pair my Oticon hearing aids with my iPhone 14 Pro Max (iOS 16.0.3), no success. Is anyone familiar with this problem?

Is your Oticon hearing aid in this list?

Made for iPhone compatible hearing devices - Apple Support

If so, I would try this article on setting up/pairing your hearing aid
