Payment method

I can’t add my debit card to my iCloud it says “There is an issue with your payment method. Update your payment information to correct the problem and try again.” And everything is correct and I tried my moms card and it didn’t work with hers either and it worked on her phone so I know it’s not my bank card someone please help

How to complete your purchase if a payment failed or was declined

On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Payment & Shipping.
Add a different payment method and remove the old one.
Try to complete your purchase.

If you still can't make a purchase

You might have an unpaid order. Learn how to pay an unpaid order.
Contact your financial institution.
