I've paid for ads-free app backgammon masters from 2KB LLC back in 2016. 3-4 months ago they updated their app and now I see annoying ads. They promised to send an email with instructions how to fix it. And nothing. They are ignoring my emails. I left a negative review and it disappeared after a couple of days. How can I complain to Apple?

I tried. But the oldest I see is oct 2021. No 2016. That's the question, how can I report it without combo box?
