Magic Mouse Horizontal Scroll disable (nowhere to be found!)

I am currently using Ventura 13.4 and I find no way to disable the Horizontal scroll on the Magic Mouse. There is one 3rd party app that costs to provide this functionality. However this an Apple Product and they should provide the functionality native in the OS/Drivers. C'mon Apple, fix your software and stop passing off sub-standard products. This is a relatively simple thing to do but the results of not being able to disable horizontal scrolling make the Magic Mouse, IMO, practically useless. Please FIX YOUR CODE!
