i haven't been using apple music for a while (~half a year). When i came back I found out that all my playlists are there but they are all empty - there are no songs there. I have the same phone all the while.

There is only a short grace period whereby your Library is retained between subscriptions. You'll have to start from scratch.

Playlist is gone from Apple . One album is there and works. I have more purchased albums including one from my Granddaughter. I miss her singing.
How can I retrieve lost songs in Apple Music Playlists?
