I have an iPhone 12 mini and I have had everyone I talk to on FaceTime tell me that the audio on my end cuts in and out. They can barely hear me.. even when I move my hand away from the mic area.. they still can barely hear me. When I switch from FaceTime to phone call they ca hear me perfectly.. how can I fix this? Is this a issue for any other iPhone 12 mini owners?! Thanks! If anyone knows a solution or has suggestions please let me know!

I have an iPhone 11. When I FaceTime friends reception is perfect for me but apparently my conversation breaks up constantly and is received intermittently. (My husband’s iPhone 11 works perfectly, using the same Wi-Fi system.)
I’ve been finding out it has to do with cases. No matter what case you have, for some reason it will muffle the sound. So take it off and keep the mic away from anything else. But it doesn’t completely fix the problem entirely but helps a lot.
