iPhone 15 Pro Speaker Crackling Issue

I've seen a lot of people talk about the ear speaker, I'm currently using an IPhone 15 Pro Max and the speaker distorts at high volume almost regardless of the track whether it's a podcast, a voice, etc. I also noticed that even after the replacement, the problem still manifests itself. In the meantime, has anyone found out an official point from Apple? I find it very sad that this company is making fun of people's nerves and money. That's not to mention the dust in the lenses, various imperfections on the phone frame, I'm on my second phone already because the first one came with cosmetic defects (black dots of paint splattered on the titanium frame), now I have problems with the speaker that distorts , I wonder how you can sell such a phone to people and how can something like that pass quality control ? Did they really go crazy on our money?

Having the same issue, my speaker on my iphone 15 Pro is horrible, Apple store reinstalled the software no difference the store tech actually said well apple isn't know for a good speaker??!!! I have owned many iphone never had this issue!

I am also facing same issue during voice calls (on speaker) and while doing whatsapp video calls. Bottom speakers seems to have some problem as whenever volume goes above this issue occurs. Really frustrating and not sure why apple is deaf in this case and not addressing this issue publicly and providing the fix

I showed this to their repair centre and they said its fine and seems like they are deaf too like their company. I have iphone 12&13 and in those phones there isn't any such issues

I have the same issue on my 15 pro.. you don’t expect that when you call someone on speaker with a €1100 phone you hear a crackling noise.. really disappointing. :(

The same!!! Especially when I call to someone! The top speaker is ringing, it's making noises like the took phone after it was in water

Congrats! Did you test your phone with songs like “Where are you” by otnicka or “Sunroof”after the replacement? I have the same problem with phone calls, Whatsapp calls and some youtube and IG videos with high volumes (over80-90%).

Im not sure if i go to the customer service they could fix the problem (i have seen another comments of customers telling they dont fix nothing)

Likewise, I went to the service. They checked in all of them and said there was a crackling . My device is iphone 15 pro . What kind of path will we follow? So we have no choice but to wait?

Same issue, Apple support is dead and mute. Care centre guys are deaf too. They said it's the song maybe. Guys, Play Where are you by Otnicka on max volume- it proves the error

I don’t know. I contacted apple support and they tested my device. According to them it is not a hardware issue but a software one.

I don’t think returning it will the issue :(

Apple needs to issue a software update to get rid of this issue!
