How to fix album cover issues in Music App on MacBook running Sonoma

I recently ripped a CD to m4a (using iTunes for Windows) and wanted to import it to my iPhone using a MacBook. I made sure that the info is all correct. But when I tried to make Music load the album cover, it loaded one of a different album of the same artist. Wondering why that happened I pressed “show album in iTunes Store” and saw that it somehow thought the two albums were the same, even though nothing except the artist was the same: different song titles, different album title, different genres, different year of release, even different number of tracks.

Why does this happen? This has never occurred to me ever…

I want to know why this happens and how to fix it.

Music is on version 1.4.3.27 , MacBook is on Sonoma 14.3.1 .
