How to start my day early without disrupting my Apple Watch 8 Sleep Schedule
I have a Watch8 which I use to track my sleep. How do I ‘start my day’ before my schedule expires. Example, my sleep schedule is 10.30pm to 7am but today I woke and wanted to start my day at 6am. I don’t want to change my sleep schedule as it is my goal. TIA.
