Why is my name/picture greyed out under setting. I can’t access my iCloud settings after restarting my iPhone 12.
I have iPhone 12. Latest OS. Have restarted several times. Have turned off Screen Time. Still greyed out. Was unable to view/ cancel subscriptions until went to iMac and signed on there. Very frustrating. Person on Apple support had no idea what it was.
