Podcasts changing artwork on its own

When I got a new iPhone, everything transferred over fine except one of the podcasts I sub to changed its artwork to a separate podcast I sub to. After the last iOS update, this appeared to fix itself. Great. So today, no new update (I’m on 17.4.1- there isn’t another one qued up) or anything, a show I have a patreon subscription to, changed to the shows main feed artwork? The show did not update their artwork for the paid feed, it should not be the artwork that it is currently displaying.

why does this keep happening (it’s happened before to my feed on previous iPhones) and how do I prevent that, or, how does someone go about fixing that? There doesn’t seem to be any kind of reload option that would fix the cache?
