iPhone 14 Pro Max is really slow to connect to load things via WiFi

So as the title suggests, for some reason my iPhone takes ages to load webpages and videos on social media sometimes. It’s not my WiFi, so I have no idea what is causing it. I’ve restarted the phone, disconnected and reconnected to the WiFi, checked I’m not using a VPN and it’s still slow. Sometimes it loads at a reasonable rate and then bang, it barely loads an instagram reel or refuses to load a web page on safari.

is there a fix for this?

it won’t be my WiFi or connection as I’m on 500mb/s and my PC has no problems downloading stuff.
