Both of my buds are set to Noise control, yet both of them summon Siri when I hold the button. I can’t turn the volume up or down. Conversation awareness doesn’t work. Noise cancellation works but transparency doesn’t. I can’t even reset them, and I followed the instructions step by step. Can anyone help?

It's absolutely mind-boggling! I find myself facing the same predicament. You won't believe it, but those once extraordinary features have lost their magic touch. They simply refuse to cooperate. Your phone might try to deceive you by pretending to be in transparency mode, but trust me, it's all a sham. Deep down, you know those headphones are far from being transparent. Let's hope we stumble upon some enlightening answers to this perplexing puzzle.
