I am trying to report an issue in Maps but the form uses a foreign language

Trying to report an issue in Maps but the form uses some language other than English -- looks like Norwegian or another nordic language. My system is set to U.S. and English. This has been true for years and I have seen multiple posts about it, but these do not allow additional comments. Now noticing problem is still present after update to Sonoma 14.4.1. Any suggestions for a work-around?
