I just got an Apple TV box. I set it up. It worked fine earlier. I tried to watch something on it right now and there is no sound. It looks like it is muted on my phone remote, but I have no way of un muting it what should I do?

If it is muted, then using Volume Up on the Siri Remote should unmute it.
If it is muted, then using the TV remote should unmute it.
If you are using something else than a TV for audio, then please describe that.

Thank you, my remote doesn’t look like that. It doesn’t have the mute button, or the round circle on top.
