I got a notification on Callender from Apple telling me to get an antivirus app called totalav and then I got another notification and the bottom of the first notification changed and it said מטרים ממך. And I translated it and it says meters away are any of you guys getting this

You inadvertently installed calendar spam. Apple would never, ever tell you to install or purchase such junk. That spammer is trying to get you to do that.
This is a scam. Refer to this Support Article to remove calendar spam.
Delete spam calendars and events on iPhone - Apple Support
If you are unable to delete it, then let us know if you are syncing the calendar with Gmail or a Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, or Hotmail account.
