Enrolling into Apple Business Manager

Hi all, had this issue on my new mac where all i want to do is just enroll my devices into apple business manager. I have had this working previously back in November 2023 but can not remember how to get it working. Ive followed the guide provided by apple and every time i get to the remote management screen it is saying "Request Timed Out" I understand from other forums that this issue is the device can not reach the Apple Server and have tried this on other unrestricted networks. Can i have some assistance on as to how to get past this point.
