icloud not working with the macbook pro m1 chip
It has been 3 MONTHS!!! and I hear the same story whenever I call or email. The engineers still haven't figured it out. This is totally unacceptable. I have to be able to use both iphone and macbookpro when I'm working. This is THE WORST customer service that I ever had from Apple and I get the same old broken record. The engineers haven't discovered a fix for it!
No one will ask their supervisor to help.
