Should I concerned about my iPhone getting infected of Malware after receiving Spam mail?

No need to be concerned; it is almost impossible to hack an iPhone, and opening an email, or even an attachment, can do no harm. Calling the number that you didn’t call, or clicking a link and then entering data on a resulting website can do harm, however.

I get about half a dozen emails claiming to be invoices from Norton. I only see them if I go through my junk folder but, when I do, there they are. As Lawrence said, nothing to worry about. But you were right to be cautious.
