No "Recents"showing up on my iPhone. WAIT...DID A POWER RESET & RECENTS ARE BACK!

From another phone user in 2020!: "Yes. however this is not the case as I have explained repeatedly. If I make a call it should appear in my recents list. If a call comes in and I do not answer it it should appear in my recents list, whether they leave a voicemail or not. If a call comes in and I answer it it should appear in my recents list. None of this is happening." FOUR YEARS AGO!

They always appeared since my first phone in 2007. I just got an iPhone 15+...all was working fine and then suddenly, "It happened!" Nothing.

I read that someone had gone to Settings - General/Reset. But, there are 6 Reset options, and I have no idea which one to press...I don't want to wipe out every setting on my phone!
