Error 2146885613 - Win 11 PC

I keep getting error 2146885613 when trying to download purchased music. Some of an album's music will download, but not all. I have done the following based on other posts recommended fixes:

1. Uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes (twice)
2. Ran the repair app tool on iTunes in Windows.
3. Checked Windows for updates. (Is up to date)

I have Windows 11 on PC.

Any help is appreciated.
