repeated dialog to "update your "Forward to" email address. Why? It seems all fine.

Every time I send a mail, my Mac throws a dialogue box saying update your forward to email address. It says go to hide my email settings and change forward address to the one set up in the mail app.

But they are the same - I can't see a difference.

Also, frequently when I am sending a new mail, the "from address" is set to hide my email, by default. Huh? I didn't ask for that.

I have no idea what to do to remedy these issues. Is it me? Is there a setting somewhere I may have set incorrectly?

I really have no idea what is going on here.
