how do i receive an refund for a ipad 6mini 10th generation 248GB ASAP as the warranty only has 2months.

In this case, the OP purchased the iPad online, and the invoice "doesnt [sic] specifically note an exact shopfront." For some strange reason, I doubt that the "shopfront" belonged to Apple or an Authorized Apple Reseller.

Yep, just reaffirming Apple's policy for a refund, that the OP was looking for, if it was purchased from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller. Refund policy of an online purchase of an unnamed storefront is unknown.
