Amazon 2-Factor Authorization Stopped Working with Google Voice on iPad Air (3)
It worked just fine for a couple of months but no longer does. When I attempt to log in, Amazon indicates they’ve sent the 2-Factor authorization code as a text message, but it never arrives. (It **used** to.) If I indicate I want a phone call instead sent to the same google voice number, google voice will ring once or twice, but then disconnect almost immediately before I can answer. (It disconnects at about the time google voice would display the caller’s name, instead of just the caller’s number.) (Using a 3rd generation iPad Air running iOS 17.4.1 Has cellular connection option.)
