Removing Legacy Names

There is a name on my legacy contact page that I have no idea who the person is. I did not set it up. He does not appear to be the actual legacy contact. His name is just there. I want to remove his name and contact info, but there is nothing on the legacy contact page or anywhere I can find that allows me to do so. Does anyone know how it is done? I’ve read all the online ways it says to remove a contact, but nothing allows me to do it. Help.
