hi, i've inherited a MacBook running Big Sur . The applications folder in the dock shows as the first application alphabetically, really annoying. How can I get the generic App folder icon to show.? It's correct in finder.

thanks, I control click and changed it to "Folder" and "grid"
I thought Stack always showed as a fan..... hadn't realised stack could show as a grid.
