I have tried 2 monitors. One is black all the time...and the other goes black for a few seconds and turns on constantly. I'm running on 14.4.1. Monitor people say it's the MAC
Should I send this in for repair before the standard warranty expires? Or has anyone had this issue with the new OS?

How are you connecting the current display to the Mac mini..?
(HDMI, USB-C to DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI, VGA)
1) Mac's do not do well with the long cheap video cables that are supplied by display manufactures.
2) High resolution displays do not do well on long cheap cables that are made for VCRs, cable boxes and TVs.
3) If you provide us with the displays make and model, then we can help you choose a proper or different type of cable.

Do you have other peripherals connected to the Mac?
My LG Ultrafine Thunderbolt display went intermittently black with Mac mini 2018 when I had Firewire HDDs connected to it via adapters. Coincidental or not, switching the HDDs to USB enclosures stopped that.
Seen that on a 2018, with Ventura.
Try different cables. When a monitors comes in or out, it’s normal the other will monentarily blink.
If one cable is faulty, when a monitor goes out or try to lit, it can make the other one blink.
Have you tried to switch both monitors ? Or try the black one with another computer ?
How long is the cable?
