iMessage messed up at home after using eSIM

I used an eSIM for 10 days in Europe and returned home last week. While abroad a lot of my contacts’ names came through as their phone numbers instead but I figured it’d sort itself out after deleting the eSIM at home.

That was not the case. I’ve deleted the eSIM and all of my other cell settings seem to be correct. I’ve turned iMessage off and back on. I’ve signed out and back into my iCloud multiple times. I’m still having certain people’s names come up only as their phone numbers. Banner notifications for texts will say “Maybe: So and So” for many people.

How do I get it back to normal?
