Overriding silent mode

I am looking into making all incoming phonecalls make sounds while keeping functions from silent mode.

It seems to be impossible to remove the sound of screenshotting or sending out messages, however there are certain ways to overrite silent mode (select people whose phone numbers will call you no matter what etc). I would like to make this possible also for couriers and unknown numbers. Did anyone manage?
