I am unable to reinstall OS X onto my Mac mini 2014

I previously attempted to reset my mac mini (late 2014) and while my attempts of reinstalling OS X always failed, I come upon this:

Your drive has a hardware problem that can't be repaired. Back up as much of the data as possible and replace the disk. See an authorized Apple dealer for more information.

+1 Looks like the Internal Drive has failed.

Maybe replaced the HDD with an SSD or even better, recycle and replace with a new Mac mini.

Based on what the screen itself is saying, your computer has determined there is a problem with your internal drive on your computer. You're going to have to replace it or take it to a Genius Bar or Apple Certified Repair center to get the drive replaced.
