Shared Passwords & Browser Extensions

I really like being able to sync passwords stored on my phones and computers using the iCloud extension.

I was even more excited to be able to share some of those passwords with my wife for sites and apps where we share an account, like banks, parenting apps, etc.

What I was not excited about was when I discovered that as soon as I shared a password, it would no longer show up when using the browser extension or when logging into an app on my phones. There's not even an option to find them besides going into the phone passwords and searching for the specific one.

Ironically I discovered this while trying to log into commonsensemedia.org - is there a plan to change this?
