Disastrous iTunes Connect customer service
I have been trying for over a month to get an iTunes Connect account setup and CS has been zero help. For whatever reason my Paid books agreement shows as Expired and there is NO option to have a new one sent to me to get it active. CS keeps saying the same thing - to go to Business, etc, but even after repeated screen shots and a video, they still have no answer as to why I cannot refresh the agreement. There are other issues I am trying to get resolved but so far have been absolutely frustrated by the lack of support. The terse, unhelpful email responses almost seem like they don't want to deal with me.
How will Apple make this right?
