Apple Digital Lightning Adapter HDMI cable Not working with iPhone 12 mini running iOS 17.4.1

YouTube Tv will not stream using my iPhone 12 mini and the Apple Lighting HDMI adapter. It quit working when my iPhone updated to iOS 17.4.1. It is not the adapter since it appears to work with a very old iPad running iOS 10. Is there a fix or work around to get the adapter to work with my iPhone 12?
