Money transferred from Apple Pay to bank not reflecting even after 3 days
my brother sent me money $29 on Apple Pay & I transferred it into my bank 1 -3 business days & I stilled haven’t received it ?

Have you contacted your bank? That would be a good first step. Know also that it is 1-3 business days. If you transferred the funds on the weekend, or on Monday, it might not be there until tomorrow.
