How can I fix the Magsafe animation issue on my iPhone 15 Promax?

Hi All, I using Iphone 15 Promax and just bought an Apple Silicone magsafe case. I don’t know why the magsafe animation not work. please give me some advide to fixing that. I reading some advice like turn off silence mode or reset iphone but nothing changed.
