Aeroplan emails not received

For some reason I am not receiving Aeroplan emails from Air Canada. My storage is not full, I have restarted my ipad, checked both mail and gmail apps, and spam, junk and promotions. I do not have another email address to use, but this seems ridiculous. I dont have any issues sending or receiving any other emails. What can I do?
