Wrong Apple services payment

I had a subscription which I cancelled before payment. But still the amount is debited I don’t know why. I did not get subscription also and money is gone. Also there are no other subscription, it’s just written for Apple services but there is nothing my Apple ID is subscribed to please look into it and initiate a refund.
