Middle of iPhone 12 Pro screen unresponsive

About a few weeks ago I bought a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro on Amazon and it has worked fine for the most part. However, for whatever reason out of nowhere the middle of my phone screen stopped being responsive. I searched through page after page on Google and tried force resetting the phone as well as deepcleaning it but nothing has worked. I need a solution ASAP, as I am a teenager and I can not afford to buy another phone. Also please ignore the topic as I cant change it because I cant press the screen
