How to fix persistent bluetooth disconnect issue on MacBook

There is bluetooth connectivity problem where a connected device is automatically disconnected and it tries to connect again, which sometime will be successful. As the disconnection of the connected bluetooth device is automatic it have decrease the experience of using the mac.
