I have IOS Catalina on my iMac. I am trying to download Notability from the App Store.
It gives a message that notability can be installed on iOS ver 13. How can I get a
version that can get installed on iOS Catalina ver 10.15.7.

You have Mac OS Catalina, IOS is for your iPhone! Macs run Mac OS, iPhones run IOS, iPads run IOS for iPad. Each are different as they only run on their own platform.
For your Notability problems, please contact the developers of Notability to see if they have a version for Catalina.
Thank you for your response. My apologies for the mistake. It should have been Mac OS.
I have tried to contact them but it has not been possible to connect. I have also sent them a email.
I have not received a response. Hence my reach out to the community.
